After being with State Farm for about 15 years (probably far too long), I finally got around to looking for other options for both my homeowner's and auto policies. Because I wanted to choose the best option for me (coverages and cost), I contacted several other agents to make sure I made the best decision. I was referred to your office by two of your current customers, Mike Hastings and Steve Schlacta. In hindsight, I now understand why my friends choose to do business with your office, and I could have saved myself a lot of time. Blaine assembled two good insurance options for me. After I did not reply to his emailed quotes, he sent me a polite follow up email. Then, because my work week was too hectic, he fielded many questions from me on his cell while on the road, and took the time on Saturday afternoon to execute the policies and issue my binders. Honestly, I am a guy who likes to keep things like insurance at arms length because I am a busy professor at UF. However, I will gladly contact Blaine if I need additional coverage in the future. I will also be happy to recommend Blaine and your office to colleagues at UF, and have asked Blaine to send me some business cards. One last thing. State Farm was very gracious with my cancellation and asked me where I moved my policies. It's always good when the competition states that I made a solid decision in going with the AAA bundle package that Blaine recommended for me.
