Starting a scratch agency in 1992, Ray built a successful Nationwide Agency by creating a large network of referral based business, by becoming an expert in Commercial Habitational Insurance and by being a trustworthy advisor to his clients. A native of Gainesville, Ray has vast knowledge of the Florida insurance Market and shares that with his clients to ensure the right coverage at the right price. Ray is active in the community having served on various booster boards, speaking at many trade group associations and realtors offices. At DSI, Ray is responsible for the commercial department, staffing and marketing.

A graduate of Wake Forest University, Ray is married to Melanie Shore and has one daughter, Ali.
