She was recently involved in discussing all my current policies with me to insure I was receiving the best deals while other companies sought my business. This was appreciated as she was able to save me money with all coverages being equal. Other employees I've dealt with from DSI have been equally helpful which is something rarely found with modern day businesses as many move toward automated services.
